Certain requests are made for information from the public, whether someone wishes to assist in the campaign or not. Andrew Lloyd for Judge will not use this information openly, unless it is his express intent to do so by virtue of the assistance requested, or after speaking with an individual for his or her consent.
Payment information relative to donations has been expressed as "required" because the Texas Election Code, as well as other statutes, require that donation information be gathered for the particular Judicial campaign. Andrew Lloyd for Judge is not merely gathering this information for any other purpose other than to follow the law directly and for use in his campaign until it is concluded, meaning until the election cycle is finished and a final candidate becomes the elected official.

Generally speaking, by using this website, you are authorizing Andrew Lloyd for Judge to consider the information gathered in his campaign goals. Andrew Lloyd for Judge will however keep all payment methods or types of payment, and specific information regarding financial accounts or institutions 100% confidential, as Andrew Lloyd for Judge will not be otherwise privy to this information, other than for purposes of deposits and /or refunds to/from the Andrew Lloyd for Judge banking account for purposes of campaign use only, in accordance with the existing laws and policies regarding same.
