I am proud to offer my endorsement of Andrew Lloyd as 271st District Court Judge . He is the kind of man and the kind of judge our District Court truly needs. Andrew Lloyd is, first and foremost, a family man. He understands that strong families are the foundation of strong communities, and that understanding clearly shapes the way he approaches his work. His Christian values are evident not in loud words, but in quiet and strong integrity. I see his humility, compassion, and a genuine respect for every individual who comes before him. He really does show up for the people in our community. I’m not sure where he finds the time to do it but he is always there to support so many important organizations that mean so much in our community.  What sets Andrew apart is his thoughtfulness and fairness. He listens carefully. He weighs decisions with wisdom and discernment. He never forgets that behind every case number is a real person, a real family, and real consequences. Yet he balances compassion with accountability, always guided by the law and a deep sense of justice. Andrew leads with humility, never seeking attention or recognition, but instead focusing on doing what is right even when it is difficult. He is steady, principled, and deeply committed to serving with honor. These are not just admirable traits; they are essential qualities in a judge entrusted with decisions that impact lives and futures.  Our community deserves a judge who puts people before politics, integrity before ego, and justice before convenience. He respects the separation of powers within our system of government and understands the responsibility and restraint required of the judiciary.  Andrew and his wife, Inga, have been actively involved in serving our community for many years, and I am confident that Andrew’s leadership as District Judge will extend that positive impact even further. He is a real person just like you and me. This is who we want in a position such as district judge - someone who won’t lose touch with reality or our community when elected to office. When elected, Andrew Lloyd will administer justice in Wise and Jack Counties with honesty, fairness, and precision. After standing out in the cold in my front pasture with Andrew Lloyd for a good while last night (18 Dec 2025), I can honestly say I didn’t just spend time with someone running for local office.  I spent time with a fellow believer. A father. A husband. A business owner. A genuinely thoughtful, intelligent, and kind man whose love for his family and commitment to this county nearly mirrors my own.  We talked about our families. The struggles and victories that come with fatherhood. The responsibility of leadership. The weight of owning a business, serving others, volunteering our time, and trying—imperfectly but intentionally—to honor God in decisions that impact all of those areas at once.  This wasn’t a rehearsed speech or a polished political moment. It was a real conversation in the cold between two people who care deeply about their families, where they come from, and the community they call home.  Because of that, I’m looking forward to casting my vote for Andrew.
